Description
“Toad,” “gold,” and “phone” are examples of words with the long o sound. However, despite sharing the same sound, they are spelled differently. This spelling worksheet encourages kids to explore the various ways the long o sound is represented in common sight words. Students will be prompted to complete fill-in-the-blank sentences using a word bank that contains words with long vowels.
